When we arrive, we deploy high-performance thermal drone technology capable of detecting your pet’s heat signature from above — even in wooded areas or tall grass. Our advanced drones allow us to cover ground quickly and efficiently.

We Launch an Extensive Aerial Search
For safety and real-time coordination, we require the pet owner or a representative to be present for the duration of the search.
Once in the air, we cover as much ground as possible within the scheduled time — with a minimum two-hour search window to ensure a thorough effort. Our pilots focus on high-probability areas based on your pet’s behavior, last known location, and terrain.

We Help Bring Your Pet Home
If we locate your pet, we’ll provide precise GPS coordinates along with a QR code that opens directly in Google Maps, making it easy to navigate to their location. Our team will guide you every step of the way to help ensure a safe recovery.
If your pet cannot be approached or caught right away, we can assist in coordinating humane traps or additional recovery efforts to bring them home safely.

What If My Pet Is Not Found?
While there is no guarantee that we can locate your pet. If your pet is not located & you later get a confirmed sighting, (depending on availability) we re-search at no cost. No cost re-checks are for local clients only.
